MarketSpace is super excited to announce that we’re assembling an Intern Team for the summer of 2025. We’re looking for three individuals who are passionate about the advertising industry, and willing to bring creativity, curiosity, and initiative to this role. The plan is to have the three of you work together on real assignments, enabling you to see how a career in this field goes, and to build your portfolio at the same time. The Intern Team will work with us from mid-May through August – exact dates to be worked out once we make the hires.
Here are the three roles we’re looking to fill:
ONE Graphic Design Intern – we’re looking for applicants who are pursuing a degree in graphic design or a similar field, with exceptional knowledge in the adobe creative suite.
TWO Social Media Interns – we’re looking for applicants who are pursuing a degree in digital or social media, and have experience in creating content for multiple social media channels.
Are you…
- a current sophomore or junior in college
- planning to spend your summer in Pittsburgh
- looking for real-life experience at fun, fast-paced, creative agency
- interested in a future career in graphic design or social media

Fun twist – while you can absolutely apply individually, if you can rally your own group of three, we encourage you to apply as a team!
Just a few things you should know…
- This is a non-paid role, but the value you will get learning from a seasoned team is unmatched.
- Your role will only require 15-20 hours per week – but we’ll be packing those hours with knowledge, experience, information, and fun.
- We’re looking for applicants who have their own laptop to work from.
