The Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission (SPC) is a regional planning agency serving a 10-county region in the Pittsburgh area. SPC provides essential services to these regions, which includes the CommuteInfo program for ridesharing options. SPC contracted with MarketSpace to redesign commuteinfo.org, and then push site to the traffic via an integrated marketing campaign. The new website provided a fresh and modern design and an enhanced user experience.
The entire process with MarketSpace has been an exceptional experience! From initial interviews, the MarketSpace team took tremendous care to listen and learn who we are. They then took this understanding through their creative process and presented to us ideas that captured exactly what we were looking for. The progression from campaign creation, execution, and implementation was collaborative throughout. The follow-up and critique, based on analytics, allowed for adjustments to maximize the value of our spend. We certainly intend to continue our relationship with MarketSpace!!!!
