Covestro is a plastics company that manufactures premium polymers. With a global presence but headquarters in Pittsburgh, it is important to Covestro to make an impact on local communities. Each year, MarketSpace works with Covestro to hightlight their efforts to make improvements in the areas of safety, sustainability and social reponsiblity. One such effort is their partnership with the Pittsburgh Penguins, through which they are developing innovations to improve the safety of the sport of hockey. MarketSpace named the effort “Rethink the Rink” and created a campaign to showcase the program.
