Transportation Demand Management Campaign

The Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission (SPC) is a regional planning agency serving a 10-county region in the Pittsburgh area. SPC leads efforts for the region’s Transportation Demand Management (TDM) efforts, which help make transportation safer and more efficient for commuters. We developed a campaign aimed at planners and policy makers to educate them about TDM, and position SPC as a viable resource for information, support, and access to grant funding.
