The Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission (SPC) is a regional planning agency serving a 10-county region in the Pittsburgh area. SPC is the regional forum for collaboration and public decision-making regarding transportation and economic development issues in southwestern Pennsylvania. SPC’s website is full of robust data, publications, research studies, maps and more. The previous site was difficult to navigate, and users could only find what they were looking for with a very specific search.
