Tween-to-Teen Packet

UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics (UPMC CCP) offers exceptional pediatric care in more than 50 office locations throughout western Pennsylvania. Due to a trend of patients dropping off after their 11 year old well visit, MarketSpace created the Tween-to-Teen packet that gets mailed to all patients just prior to their 11th birthday. The packet contains a piece for parents and one for the tween, and discusses the importance of continuing to see a pediatrician through these critical years of growth and development.
